We even help you manage the cost of orthodontics.

Orthodontics is an investment in your life-long health and happiness, and we do everything we can to work with your budget and health benefits.

The actual cost of treatment depends on the nature of the orthodontic problems, the length of treatment, the type of appliances you require, and the type of braces you choose.

We offer several payment plans to suit your budget, including no-down-payment and interest-free options.

Payment Options

To help you manage the cost of orthodontic care, we offer the following payment options:

Full Payment – 3% or 5% Discount

If you make full cash payment at the start of treatment, we offer a 5% courtesy discount for any amount not covered by insurance. If paying in full by credit card, we offer a 3% discount.

No Down Payment, 0% Interest

If you choose to make monthly payments over the course of treatment, we offer a no-interest payment plan, which applies to most treatment plans and is based on your credit history.

Family Plans

For families with more than one person in treatment, we offer a 5% discount. Please feel free to ask us about flexible payment terms for multiple family members.

Insurances and Payment Methods

We accept most credit cards, Flex Plans, and accept assignment from most insurance plans.

As a preferred provider for most insurance plans in our area, we’re credentialed by the insurance company and agree to use their fee schedule when we accept your benefits. We’ll verify the amount of your insurance benefits before treatment begins. We even will file any necessary insurance paperwork so you don’t have to.

We accept the following PPO insurance plans:

  • Aetna
  • Assurant
  • Carefirst
  • Cigna
  • Delta
  • Dominion
  • Guardian
  • Humana
  • MetLife
  • United Concordia
  • United Healthcare

For any amounts not covered by insurance (copayments, coinsurance, deductibles), we can set up a payment plan that fits your budget. Any unpaid insurance balances are the financially responsible party’s obligation.
