Dr. Michaela McCormick

Dr. Michaela McCormick is a graduate of Middlebury College and Temple University School of Dentistry. She completed her orthodontist specialty training and residency at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine Department of Orthodontics before joining McCormick Orthodontics in 2008.

A Board Certified orthodontist and member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Dr. Michaela took over for her father in 2011. She loves children, and finds enormous joy in watching them grow and chatting with them at each visit. She practices a balance of preventative and proactive orthodontic care, and believes every parent and patient deserves a thorough explanation of the issues at hand and the recommended treatment plan.

Dr. Michaela lives with her husband, a hockey loving French Canadian named Francois Gravel (who goes by Frank), and their two awesome kids, Henri and Beatrice. When Dr. Michaela has some free time, she spends it with her kids, reading, wrestling and playing in the creek next to their house. She is a ravenous reader, loves food and can’t wait to camp and travel more as her kids get older.
